Virtual Consultation
This service operates by providing virtual consultations through picture sharing or Zoom meetings. During these sessions, we discuss the goals for your space and cover various criteria to ensure I meet your needs effectively. The fee for a virtual consultation is $60/hr in addition to the mood board + links.
Mood Board Mock-Up
Our process begins with creating a mood board that captures the essence of your vision. This visual representation incorporates colors, textures, and styles that resonate with you, allowing us to establish a clear direction for your space.
Personal Shopping Links
Once we have your mood board finalized, we will provide curated personal shopping links. These links will direct you to carefully selected items that match your aesthetic and financial parameters. Whether you’re looking to refresh a single room or transform your entire home, our services ensure a cohesive look that reflects your individuality while adhering to your budget.
Additional Fees
To ensure my time is invested adequately, I will charge $75/hour if re-consultation is needed or tailoring after the initial planning phase. The total fee for J. LeRae Designs’ “The Mint” package is $250/room + consultation fee. If 2+ rooms are planned, there will be a 10% discount
